Financial Inclusion in the Digital Economy

About the speaker

Minister of Economy, Trade and Business since December 2023. Degree in Economics from the University of Extremadura (Spain), master’s degree from the London School of Economics and PhD from the Autonomous University of Madrid, he has belonged to the Senior Corps of State Trade Experts and Economists since 2008. He was previously Secretary General of the Treasury and International Financing (2021-2023), Director General of Macroeconomic Analysis, a senior manager at AIReF and an economic analyst at the European Commission.

Summary

Academic webinar on financial education about financial inclusion in the digital economy, open to the university community and to society, with the participation of third-sector associations and foundations working with older people. After a 15 to 20 minute presentation by the speaker, a moderated debate followed with the questions gathered from the audience.
