DIGITALPRO
Digital Transformation, Virtualization and Active Learning in Higher Education
2021-2022 Coordination Completed
Objectives
Promote the use of ICT as a support tool for virtual teaching through student-centered active learning strategies. A direct continuation of VIRTUALACT, extending the courses and target groups.
Results and indicators
All five objectives were reported as fully achieved, without deviations, with 798 participating students in 6 courses from two faculties (against the more than 700 planned in the application). The 2nd Artificial Intelligence Campus Week was held, Sociology students produced 65 rubric-based peer-assessed videos, and the gamified augmented reality experience ‘La Conquista de Hispania’ was put into practice. Students reported high motivation and perceived usefulness for their digital competences. The project ran without its own funding (0 euros); the two workshops (648.80 euros) were paid for with the group grant.
